Quinoa 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts 1 tbsp Green Chilli 1 Oil 1 tsp Curry Leaves 3-4 Mustard seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Lemon juice 1 tsp /to taste water
Cooking Instructions
heat a saucepan add oil add mustard seeds & cumin seeds once seeds crackle add Curry leaves & green chilli sauteed. Add quinoa & salt stir properly add water give a boil. Cover & reduce flame to low & cook till become fluffy. turn off heat Let it cover & keep it aside for 5 min.add lime juice. Serve & enjoy !!!
